GENERAL HOUSE RULES

• Antique and decorative furniture must not be moved.
• Please do not use nails, tape, or adhesives on any walls, doors, or surfaces.
• Fireplaces are for decorative purposes only and may not be used.
• Please keep windows and doors closed if heat or air conditioning is in use.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available—please dispose of all waste properly.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT POLICY FOR OVERNIGHT STAY

Check-in time is 2:00pm. Your Yellow House representative will provide you with access to the house. If you plan to leave the property during your stay, please securely lock the house and return the key to the lock box. If you remove the key from the lock box, please ensure it is returned upon departure.

Check-out time is 10:00am. Please ensure the key is returned to the lock box and trash and towels are handled as noted below.

QUIET HOURS & SOCIALIZING

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. If you have rented the Yellow House for an overnight stay, you are welcome to enjoy the house and patio in the evening with those staying with you at Yellow House. Please be mindful of volume—avoid loud music, out of respect for neighboring properties.

KITCHEN & CLEANING

You are welcome to use the kitchen and appliances. Trash bags are located in the kitchen under the sinks. If the trash bin is full, please tie the bag securely and place it outside the kitchen door in the trash bin. The Yellow House Management Team will collect the trash for you.

BATHROOMS & PLUMBING

This historic home has a sensitive plumbing system. Please flush only toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products. Before check-out, please leave all used towels on the bathroom floors.

PET POLICY

Pets are NOT permitted indoors and or for overnight stay at the Yellow House. If pets are on the property, they must remain outdoors and:
• On a leash at all times;
• Accompanied by a member of the wedding party at all times.
• Cleaned up after promptly. The management team is not responsible for pet waste disposal.

DAMAGE & EMERGENCIES

Please report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns to the Yellow House Management Team, JAM site supervisor or your JAM Event Designer as soon as possible. If there is a medical emergency during your stay, please call 911.
